Drive sales on autopilot with ecommerce-focused features
See FeaturesHow Enflow Digital helped their client go from $17k to $200k in sales with Omnisend
Julius Urbanavicius got his start in ecommerce in 2018 with a CBD supplements store. He and his team were able to scale that online store massively, eventually expanding to other brands that sell supplements for both pets and humans.
These stores were sold off in 2022, and they decided to leverage the best part of their businesses: email marketing.
While scaling their ecommerce businesses, Julius and his team would hire multiple agencies to try and figure out what strategies worked (and which ones didn’t). “This helped us to build a playbook that we’re currently using for our customers,” he says.
“This was one of the strongest selling points when we were selling our business,” Julius says. “The buyers would look at the metrics, look at email marketing revenue and they would see that it’s a strong recurring revenue, with lots of loyal customers.”
That’s when their agency, Enflow Digital was formed — using all their experience with ecommerce, and the various strategies they tested with email marketing, to help ecommerce brands excel at sales via email.
They wanted to improve this playbook even further, by working with larger ecommerce brands, while also helping them take advantage of everything that had been learned at that time. But for them, it wasn’t only the strategies they used to achieve success for their own clients, but also the tools they used to implement those strategies.
“Back then, we mainly used Klaviyo. We tried Omnisend, but it had some technical limitations that prevented us from making the most out of the database that we had,” he says. “But since then, Omnisend has really grown in leaps and bounds in terms of the technical capabilities and integrations.”
He also admits that his evaluation of an ESP isn’t completely down to the ESP — it’s also about whether the agency has enough experience with understanding their needs.
“But now we also understand better what the important things are that we need to have, and what are the shiny things that look appealing but may not have that big of an impact,” he admits. “Now, with all of our experience below our belt, I can definitely say that Omnisend has the necessary set of tools for any brand that’s doing anywhere from $10,000 to $1 million per month to satisfy their needs.”

And he would know.
Enflow Digital works with nearly 20 clients that make anywhere from $300,000 to $40 million per year in sales. That puts them in the unique position to see what works in each growth stage, and helps address their needs based on their size.
“The way we differentiate ourselves is by sitting down with our clients and really having honest conversations on what we can deliver, what potential they have, and how we can be partners in their team instead of simple contractors.”
Getting with Omnisend
Omnisend was not unfamiliar to Enflow Digital when they had their ecommerce store, and later when they formed the agency. They tried out multiple platforms for their own business and later for their clients to understand which ones offered the best value.
“We had some clients on ActiveCampaign, but it’s more geared more towards information or coaching products. And their analytics capabilities weren’t very strong. When it comes to Klaviyo, it doesn’t make sense to pay the exorbitant amounts that they’re charging their clients.”
Klaviyo’s recent actions have also raised some red flags for Enflow Digital:
“They have taken certain actions, like cutting off customer support on smaller tiers, and significantly increasing their prices multiple times per year, which has led a number of clients to move away from Klaviyo.”
That’s when they took a deeper dive into Omnisend’s capabilities, and they were amazed at the changes the platform has made since they first tried it in 2019. While it’s on par with Klaviyo in terms of functionality, the fact that Omnisend is nearly half the price is a huge draw for Enflow Digital and their clients.
“Omnisend’s pricing, its Pro plan capabilities, with a significant amount of SMS credits tied to the Pro offering, makes sense to smaller and bigger clients. Over time, we started recognizing that there aren’t that many agencies that are giving Omnisend a fair chance.”
Now, Omnisend is their top recommendation if they have clients on Klaviyo or other platforms.
For that reason, it was really a no-brainer for Enflow Digital to partner up with Omnisend. The same day they started really using Omnisend for their clients, they signed up for the Partner program.
“The fact that we’re getting lifelong commission on the clients that we bring on, where we educate and manage them — that really appeals to us. That means we can slowly build out a portfolio of clients that can reach out to us for work, and at the same time, we can grow their business and test more tools and strategies.”

A customer success story
One of Enflow Digital’s clients migrated from Klaviyo to Omnisend, and they’ve seen amazing numbers. In fact, this US-based supplements customer went from 9% to 59% of total revenue generated from email in just 6 months:
In July 2022, email generated only $17,000 in sales. In November 2022, 6 months after starting to work with Enflow Digital, email generated more than $200,000.
The results don’t just stop there. In the same time, they were able to grow their subscriber database by 40%.
Some of their strongest sales come from a single week:
During the Black Friday shopping period, this brand generated $100,000+ in email revenue in a single week with a strategic sequence of Black Friday and Cyber Monday emails.
In total, they sent 12 emails during the BFCM period, generating a total of $103,135. This single week represents 30% of the total store sales in November.
With the strategies that Enflow Digital were able to gather and test in their own ecommerce experiences, and utilizing Omnisend’s email & SMS marketing features, they’re able to consistently create effective campaigns.
