The Account Executive role at Omnisend is a crucial part of our customer and partner success. We highly believe in the importance of customer-centricity and are looking for individuals with a great positive attitude and ability to work well with merchants and partners alike. This position is perfect for goal-driven individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset and strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset. Omnisend is a merchant first organization, and sales are no different. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to forge a merchant focused sales process that facilitates their growth and confidence in the Omnisend platform.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role, preferably in a similar role at a startup with SaaS-based solutions in eCommerce
An impressive track record of developing revenue within an account and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to best serve the customer
Commitment to continuous learning, growth, and development
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Domain knowledge in the eCommerce space
Familiarity with the Objectives and Key Results methodology
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Google suite, and Zoom
