Omnisend is looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM professional to own and manage HubSpot for Omnisend. This is an essential role to help the company through the next phase of growth.
Reporting into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, the CRM Manager will own, build and manage HubSpot. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team, Partner and Business Development, and Sales teams to deliver the best implementation of HubSpot for the business.
This role is a remote role and will include limited travel, both domestic and international.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
Work with key stakeholders in the business to apply business processes to HubSpot
Scope, build, deploy and measure multiple campaigns, journeys and workflows in HubSpot across email and social media
Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting
Work with the partner team to ensure HubSpot manages partner data effectively with input and ongoing engagement with the VP of partnerships campaigns across the database
Implement HubSpot throughout the organisation, and get the most out of the tool
Provide analytics and reporting across the organisation, agencies and partners to provide KPI analysis and identify the signals throughout the customer journey
We expect that you’ll bring:
3-5 years of experience working daily with HubSpot
Proven ability to collaborate with marketing campaign teams to understand goals, implement programs and provide concise post-campaign reporting
Technical and commercial understanding of CRM processes for lead lifecycle processing, data enrichment/normalization/segmentation, scoring and nurturing
Proficient at helping sales teams become more impactful and productive, using the latest techniques to help a growing team maintain a high velocity track
Ability to work independently and be proactive, whilst also working as part of a team towards the bigger picture
Analytical mindset, with previous experience working in a data driven organisation
