The Partner Manager role at Omnisend is a crucial part of our merchant’s success. This role contributes meaningfully to sales, marketing, and product team success. We strongly believe in the importance of customer-centricity and are looking for individuals with a great positive attitude and ability to work well with merchants and partners alike.
This position is perfect for goal-driven individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset and strong technical and interpersonal skills.
What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
You’ll identify, recruit, educate, and onboard new marketing and development agencies. This includes providing sales enablement to each partner that you manage to facilitate growth.
Internally you’ll be able to communicate the strengths of partners and joint value props while identifying marketing collaboration and joint sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain an ongoing professional relationship that ensures bi-directional growth of your partners and the merchants they provide services for.
Maintain deep product knowledge and be a valuable resource for each of your partners
Support partner meetings related to marketing including trade shows, and regional marketing events.
Establish personal OKRs and contribute to team OKRs each quarter to ensure professional and organizational growth.
We expect that you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Consulting, or another client-facing role, preferably in a similar role at a startup with SaaS-based solutions in eCommerce. Martech experience is a bonus.
Deep understanding of value exchange with partnerships as it relates to a SaaS business model
Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other departments to build relationships and best serve the customer
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Google suite, Slack and other related technologies
