Omnisend is looking for a Sr Talent Manager to join a fast growing, challenging and creative team of professionals. Omnisend runs two main offices which are located in Lithuania and the US and is looking for an ambitious person to join the team in Vilnius and help the company achieving it’s hiring plans in different countries. Moreover, as the company is semi-remote, various company culture strategies need to be applied in order to maintain a strong and bonded teams.
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Run hiring process in Lithuania, the US and other countries
Lead employment branding initiatives in Lithuania
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) in Lithuania and the US
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits
Help with the employee retention and development
Prepare recommendations for the development of the organizational culture
Create an anti-corporate cross-company organizational culture
Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging
Regularly organise programs for learning and interdepartmental interaction
Organize and/or attend various startup events in Lithuania
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager or HR manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Excellent knowledge of labor regulations
Proficient in the use of social media
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Fluent in English
Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees
