When you apply for a vacancy at Omnisend or any of its subsidiaries (“the Company”), The Company will collect and process your personal data, including storage of your job application, Your CV and other relevant material for the future vacancies.
1. Information collected
Personal data provided by you (including data entered into the Lever Recruitment Tool (hereinafter the Database), provided in your resume/CV, cover letter and other documents provided during recruitment process at the Company.
2. Personal data received from third parties:
We may receive your personal data from third parties for example Linkedin, online search when you have submitted your data to these platforms. All personal data received from third parties is processed only for the purpose to evaluate your candidacy for the vacancy at the Company.
3. Legal basis for processing:
The Company processes the personal data you have provided:
- In order to assess your suitability to the vacant position you have applied for.
- to offer you an available vacant job position in the future. Storage of your personal data for relevant future recruitment only takes place based on your consent.
4. Who may access your data:
The Company may disclose your personal data to certain third party recipients such as service providers in relation to the recruitment process. Your data may be viewed by the Company employees responsible for recruitment and hiring but access to the data is restricted only to those employees who need it for the performance of their functions.
5. Storage of your personal data:
The Company will hold all the data for 24 months.
If you do not want your data to be processed after an unsuccessful application, you can delete your personal information or request deletion of your data at any time by sending an informing email to [email protected]

You have the right to access, rectify, supplement or update your personal data processed by the Company by emailing us at [email protected]
