Omnisend is launching the beta version of its upgraded Reporting feature

The upgrade will allow merchants to compare performance across all channels for any date range in one dashboard, access new metrics, and see the impact of automated workflows in one glance

Today, ecommerce marketing platform  Omnisend is launching the beta version of its upgraded Reporting feature. The new feature will allow ecommerce merchants to analyze their emails, SMS, and push notifications in one intuitive results reporting platform for any data range needed. 

“For a long time,  our clients were giving us feedback that our Reporting feature could be better. It was never bad, but we knew our customers were waiting for a more intuitive and detailed way to evaluate their results,” says Zygimantas Eirosius, Product Manager at Omnisend. “Finally we have a beta version of what our Reporting feature will look like very soon. All of our customers will be able to test it starting December 10th.

Understanding sales performance across all channels

Whether it’s email, SMS, or push notifications, businesses now can quickly compare the performance of each channel, identify top revenue drivers, and make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI.

The new updated reporting dashboard will include:

  • Comparison of historic performance across any date range.
  • Comparisons of each channel revenue.
  • Greater control over sales attribution to different channels.

 

Getting a deeper view of campaign and workflow effectiveness

Now, businesses can start with a bird’s eye view of their entire strategy, then drill down into individual campaign metrics or assess the long-term impact of automated workflows.

The new updated reporting dashboard will include:

  • New metrics, like placed order rate and revenue per message.
