Omnisend Is Fully Launching Its Upgraded Reporting Feature After the Successful Beta Period

The full launch brings merchants even more useful features including the capability to export campaign and workflow data and more flexible sales attribution settings

Charleston, SC January 16, 2025

Today, ecommerce marketing platformΒ  Omnisend fully launched its upgraded reporting feature,Β  allowing ecommerce merchants to analyze emails, SMS, and push notifications in one intuitive reporting platform for any date range.Β

The old Reporting functionalityΒ will no longer be available to all the merchants starting January 16th. It will be replaced by the new and upgraded version automatically. All data from our old reporting engine will be fully replaced with the new reporting engine across the entire platform

β€œWe gave our customers a month to test our new reporting platform and export any data they might need from the old version of the feature,” saidΒ  Zygimantas Eirosius, Product Manager at Omnisend. β€œAfter gathering and receiving positive feedback we are sure we can fully launch all the features. The upgraded Reporting platform will help our clients analyze their data more intuitively and make the best decisions on their journey to increasing revenue.”

Below you will find the full description of all the newest features of the upgraded platform (including those that only became available after full launch).Β

Understanding sales performance across all channels

Whether it’s email, SMS, or push notifications, businesses now can quickly compare the performance of each channel, identify top revenue drivers, and make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI.

The new updated reporting dashboard includes:

  • Comparison of historic performance for any custom period and full data history.
  • Comparisons of each channel revenue in one dashboard.
  • Greater control over sales attribution to different channels (available after full launch).

Getting a deeper view of campaign and workflow effectiveness

Now, businesses can start with a bird’s eye view of their entire strategy, then drill down into individual campaign metrics or assess the long-term impact of automated workflows.

The new updated reporting dashboard will include:

  • In-depth engagement and deliverability performance views.
  • New metrics, like placed order rate and revenue per message.
  • Campaign and workflow data exports (available after full launch).
  • Contact activity lists for individual campaign and workflow reports (available after full launch).

Making results analysis more intuitive than ever

β€œWe designed our interface to be as intuitive as possible,” continued Eirosius. β€œNow, with consistent metrics across all campaigns and channels, analytics will instantly feel like a natural extension of work. No fluff, no fancy marketing words. Just clear, practical reports with the terms our customers know.”

The newest reporting upgrade is a step forward Omnisend’s mission of creating powerful yet not crowded tooling for ecommerce marketers.Β
