1. This migration offer gives customers 15 months of a Pro or Enterprise plan for the price of 12 months. The 3 additional free months will be added at the end of the contract.

2. The migration offer includes contacts data import, 2 signup forms, 5 automation workflows and creation of 10 custom segments. There is a 3 working day SLA on these items from the time that the merchant engages.

3. All free data migrations must be done by April 30 or they will expire.

4. The migration offer for Pro or Enterprise is valid only for merchants with 15,000 subscribers or more.
