Why Omnisend?

Blue Drop Studio first came across Omnisend a few years ago, but over the past 12–18 months, the platform has become their go-to ESP for ecommerce clients in the $25K–$250K/month range.

Scaling SUIHE Jewelry’s email revenue

SUIHE is a California-based DTC jewelry brand known for symbolic, meaningful pieces made from recycled metals and natural gemstones. After an impressive launch in 2024, the brand saw rapid growth through social media, influencer marketing, and early paid media success.

But their email setup was limiting growth.

“They were using Shopify Email — a single welcome email, no personalization, no segmentation,” said Omar. “Their list was growing fast, but they weren’t capitalizing on it.”

In April 2025, SUIHE partnered with Blue Drop Studio to implement a complete lifecycle system in Omnisend.

The agency launched six high-impact flows tailored to the customer journey:

  • Welcome flow: Introduced the brand, social proof, and bestsellers using strategic content and a soft incentive. It alone drove $6.4K in revenue within 30 days.
  • Purchase recovery flows: Separate flows for browser abandonment, cart, and checkout, built with product recommendations and intent-based messaging.
  • Post-purchase flow: Split paths for first-time and repeat buyers, incorporating UGC, incentives, and product suggestions to drive repeat orders.
  • Winback flow: Re-engagement flow using Omnisend’s Product Recommender and dynamic content to revive lapsed subscribers.
  • Signup forms: Mobile and desktop variants optimized for A/B testing and designed to convert with clean, brand-aligned visuals.

All flows were mobile-first and visually aligned with SUIHE’s aesthetic — creating a cohesive, personalized experience at every stage of the customer journey.

The results

After launching the new automation setup in Omnisend, SUIHE saw a major shift in retention performance — without sending a single campaign.

In the first 30 days, attributed email revenue grew from $1.8K to $9.7K, a +435% increase driven entirely by automated flows.

The welcome flow proved the most effective, generating $6.4K on its own. Other high-performing flows included abandoned checkout and post-purchase, which helped drive repeat purchases and increase average order value.
