With automations completely deactivated, Enflow rebuilt essential workflows from scratch. These included welcome flows, cart and browse abandonment reminders, post-purchase sequences, and loyalty program emails.
“Their account only had a basic welcome flow when we started,” says Karolina. “We implemented all the core automations and even added custom ones tailored to their business. For example, we created maintenance reminders for key products and loyalty program nudges. These flows alone ended up generating nearly half a million dollars in a year.”
3. List growth & segmentation
To re-engage dormant subscribers and attract new ones, Enflow Digital introduced desktop and mobile popups that converted 3-4% of website visitors. Over the course of a year, these popups helped the client add over 15K new email and SMS subscribers each month.
“By the end of our first year working together, their subscriber list had almost doubled,” says Karolina. “But more importantly, those new and re-engaged subscribers were actively contributing to revenue.”
4. Cross-channel integration
To extend the impact of email campaigns, Enflow shared campaign content on Facebook and Instagram. This approach provided additional touchpoints for customers and strengthened the brand’s overall presence.
The results
The results of Enflow Digital’s efforts were nothing short of transformative.
“In less than a year, the client’s email marketing went from being stagnant to becoming one of their most reliable revenue drivers,” says Karolina. Here’s what they’ve achieved:
- Monthly revenue from Omnisend jumped from $150K in October 2023 to $250K within just a few months
- Automation-driven revenue grew from $0 in October 2023 to $61K per month by April 2024
- Revamped campaigns generated $465K in December 2023, more than doubling the performance from the previous year
- The client’s database expanded from 58K in October 2023 to 114K by October 2024, with consistently high engagement rates
