Push notifications have quickly become a cornerstone of Kate Backdrop’s strategy. “This channel has grown faster than we expected,” Shan says. “We use push notifications for our ‘Deal of the Day’ campaigns, which feature five new products at 50% off daily. It’s the perfect solution for sending daily updates without overwhelming customers with emails or SMS.”

The team has also integrated push notifications into their automated flows, like welcome and birthday messages, ensuring consistent communication across all channels.

Looking ahead

As Kate Backdrop continues to grow, the team is excited to explore new possibilities with Omnisend. “We want to create more personalized automation flows based on customer behavior,” Shan says. “For example, targeted emails with usage tips and installation guides for specific products.”
