New Omnisend Updates in HTML Email Editor

Along with the new season, Omnisend (previously Soundest) has a new feature! This time we have added a new HTML Email element to Editor so your email can be even more unique and customized than ever.

Once in a while, our support team receives requests about adding custom elements to email campaigns. For those who have HTML knowledge and feel confident about editing email content, our programmers have prepared a solution.

The new element is easy to use. As with any other Omnisend Email Editor element, you can drag-and-drop HTML code to the place you prefer. More details of this element can be found in the Omnisend Knowledge Base.
Here are three initial ideas how you can use the new element to your advantage:

  1. Add personalized recommendations. Tools like Nosto will generate an HTML code for you to include products according to previous purchases into your email campaign. Adding recommendations in emails can lead to a 25% increase in sales and a 35% increase in click-through rates. These personalized emails will come in handy sending post-purchase emails, cart recovery emails and other triggered emails.
  2. Customize your menu bar. By default, the Omnisend menu element contains up to three links. Using HTML code, create your custom menu, with as many buttons as you want.
  3. Add a fancy timer. The countdown timer helps when you launch a limited-time campaign and also creates urgency for customers to buy more promptly. You can create this kind of timer with tools like,, and They will generate an HTML code for you to copy-paste into the HTML code field in Editor.
