Drive sales on autopilot with ecommerce-focused features
See FeaturesSummertime sadness is officially on.
Yep, the vacations are ending, inboxes are filling, and someone’s already mentioned Q4. But before we proceed with the seasonal planning, here’s a batch of updates to make your marketing simply better.
Read on for the details, or watch our lovely overview if you’re short on time:
Recently viewed products now in Campaigns
You can now add Recently Viewed Products to your regular campaigns — not just automations.
That means your one-off emails, like newsletters or seasonal promos, can now be personalized with the last products your customers looked at. It’s a simple, high-impact way to increase engagement without changing your entire setup.
This feature is available on Pro plans, and if you schedule a campaign using it and later downgrade, fallback product recommendations will be shown automatically. For best results, we recommend placing this block near the top of your email, right after the intro — it’s one of the best-performing ways to personalize at scale!

Custom fonts in Forms
Brand consistency matters, and now your signup forms can match the rest of your site perfectly.
You can upload your own fonts through Brand Assets and use them directly in Forms, replacing the previous system-font limitations.
This gives your forms a more polished, on-brand look, and helps create a smoother experience from sign-up to inbox. The feature is available to all accounts using Forms — no extra steps or upgrades needed.

Smarter Segmentation
Yep, you’re now able to sync customer segments directly from Shopify into Omnisend.
This means less time recreating lists manually and fewer chances for targeting mistakes. Once synced, the segments update hourly, so your data stays fresh with minimal effort.

We’ve also added the ability to favorite your most-used segments. This is especially useful for larger accounts, helping you keep key audiences easy to find and harder to accidentally overlook.

And if you’re new to Omnisend, you’ll now find AOV and Total Spent filters available by default, making it faster to build high-value customer groups for loyalty, upsell, or win-back campaigns. If you’re on an existing account and want those filters activated, you can still request access through support chat.
SMS consent at checkout for WooCommerce
You read that right. You can now collect SMS marketing consent during checkout on WooCommerce — right alongside your email opt-in.
Customers can choose to opt in to email, SMS, or both, and the SMS consent message can be customized via your Omnisend plugin settings.
This adds an effective SMS list-growth opportunity at one of the highest-converting touchpoints in your funnel, without adding friction for your customers.

TFN verification improvements
Verifying a Toll-Free Number for SMS just got so much more intuitive!
If anything goes wrong during the process, you’ll now see clear error messages and guidance directly in the modal — including support for uploading screenshots.
These updates should reduce trial and error and help you complete TFN verification faster and with less back-and-forth.
Improved Product Reviews export
If you’re moving your reviews to another platform like Judge.me, Loox, or Yotpo, exporting your product reviews from Omnisend is now a lot smoother.
You can export multiple times without any daily limits, and the files are available in formats supported by the most common platforms.
It’s one less barrier when switching tools, and it gives you more control over your review data when migrating.

New integrations you’ll love
There’s a new integration in the App Market: Dollarback, a cashback-based loyalty app for Shopify.
It lets you reward customers with instant store credit instead of traditional points, with one-click redemption at checkout and fully customizable rules. It’s built to drive repeat purchases and increase AOV — without confusing anyone in the process. Read more here.
Alongside that, we’ve added two new read-only API v5 endpoints for anyone building dashboards or custom tools.
One gives you structured access to your automations, the other to your campaigns — including IDs, names, statuses, and update timestamps. It’s a cleaner way to pull your data into external systems.
