Autumn Feature Drop
Normally, this is where people would say something like revolutionary, next-gen personalization, but let’s not. At least not this time.
This time we’re serving some practical updates that make your day-to-day simply more intuitive. Go ahead and watch it:
Personalized content add-on
We’ve made some improvements to help you personalise your messages without having to rewrite your emails twelve times.
Here’s what’s new in the Personalized Content add-on (included with Pro, optional with Standard):
- “Similar to past purchases” recommendations in Campaigns, so you can suggest relevant products with no hesitation
- Conditional content blocks, which let you change what different people see in a single email — based on tags, segments, or contact properties
- Automated product recommendations are also included, but only until October 16 – after that, they’ll become part of the paid add-on
Also, you can now manage add-ons directly in Store Settings. So if you’ve ever wanted to cancel something without talking to support, that’s now possible.

Yotpo migration, sorted
We’ve made it more efficient to bring your Yotpo contacts into Omnisend.
You can now access the Yotpo migration dashboard directly from the Add contacts modal, and if you enable periodic sync, your contacts will update automatically every 24 hours.
Migration performance has also been increased – processing speeds are now up to 10× faster, ensuring smoother and more reliable imports.
Reports you can really share
You can now export reports as PDFs, which is good news if you’ve ever had to make your metrics look presentable to someone who doesn’t like spreadsheets.
It works for Sales, Campaigns, and Automations reports.

Now, if you do like spreadsheets, Segment Performance reports are now available as CSVs too.

Audience growth, with actual visibility
We’ve updated the Audience Growth report so you can:
- Pick custom date ranges
- See how Push is performing alongside Email and SMS
- Track unsubscribes more clearly
Nothing too drastic — just the kind of detail that helps you identify what’s working, and what isn’t.

UI updates you’ll notice, but might not mention
