Drive sales on autopilot with ecommerce-focused features
See FeaturesYour brain might still be on vacation, but your inbox clearly didn’t get the memo. The weather’s changing, the calendar’s filling up, and yes — it’s time to get your cozy socks out and about.
To ease you back in, we’ve rolled out a fresh batch of updates. Nothing too over the top. Just practical improvements to help you feel slightly more in control of your tabs.
Here’s a video version of it if you don’t feel like reading:
Autumn Feature Drop
You know the drill. This is usually where people would say something about “AI-powered, next-gen, hyper-personalized synergy,” but we’re having none of that.
This year’s Autumn Feature Drop is simple: practical updates that actually help. Simply a a cleaner, and a more flexible platform to get your marketing sorted before the holidays kick in.
Do yourself a favour and check the video below for more info:
Personalization just got a lot more personal
We’re rolling out more ways to personalize your campaigns and automations — and we’re bundling them into a new Personalized Content add-on. If you’re on the Pro plan, it’s already included. If you’re on Standard, you can now add it when you need it.
You’ll now find a new product recommendation type in Campaigns — “Similar to past purchases” — that helps you send more relevant suggestions without overthinking it. You can also now personalize individual content blocks in Campaigns based on tags, segments, or contact properties.
Automated product recommendations will also move into the paid add-on on October 16, but until then, you can use them for free. And if you ever want to manage your add-ons — cancel, resume, whatever — you can now do it directly in Store Settings. No support ticket needed. As it should be.

Yotpo migration is now faster (and actually easy)
If you’re moving contacts from Yotpo, the experience just got way easier. You’ll now find a dedicated migration dashboard right in the Add Contacts modal. Once connected to Shopify, you’ll see the Yotpo option automatically — no digging required.
Even better, syncing happens automatically every 24 hours, and the import process is now up to 10× faster.
Reporting just got more shareable
That’s right – you can now export reports as sleek, ready-to-share PDFs – complete with charts, KPIs, and visuals – for Sales, Campaigns, and Automations. So if someone on your team asks for “just a quick overview,” you can actually give them one.
Prefer a deeper dive? Segment performance reports can now be exported as CSVs too. It’s your data, served your way.

More visibility into list growth (and churn)
The Audience Growth report now lets you track growth by custom date ranges, view push channel growth alongside email and SMS, and monitor unsubscribes more clearly.
Basically, you can now see who’s joining, who’s leaving, and which channels are actually working – all in one place. It’s a small change, but a really helpful one.

Subtle UI glow-up
You might notice the platform feeling a bit smoother this month – and that’s not your imagination. We’ve added animated report progress, clearer confirmation states, and friendlier empty states to remove some of the usual “…wait, is this working?” moments. Navigation, loaders, and active segment indicators also got a quick polish.
So yeah, Omnisend is just getting an overall continuous glow-up. It’s whatever.
