New year, new deliverability requirements
New Gmail, Yahoo!, and AOL deliverability requirements are to be implemented from February 2024. As such, it’s important to take quick and straightforward steps to ensure your compliance. But rest assured, we will reach out to guide and remind affected senders, making the process seamless.

Starting this January, subscribers to our paid plans are in for a treat every two weeks.

Exicting dynamic preview
Our new feature in Email Builder allows you to dynamically preview emails, showing you how your emails will look with actual contact data before sending them. This feature works for both campaigns and automations, providing a comprehensive view of your communication strategy.
You can add variables like names, countries, or addresses to your email and see them in action through dynamic preview. This allows you to see how personalization will appear for real customers with real data without leaving the email builder.

Edit booster content
We’re excited to announce yet another significant update to our product – now, you can easily edit booster email content. The content of the booster email will be seamlessly copied from your original email, providing you with a quick starting point for customization.
Here’s how it works:
- Preview Content. To get a sneak peek at the booster email content, click Preview. This allows you to review the initial content before making any modifications.
- Edit with Ease. If you wish to change the content, click “Edit Content.” This will take you to the email builder, where you can customize the email content according to your preferences.
- Save & Close. Once satisfied with your edits, click “Save & Close” to apply the changes. Your booster email is now ready to go with the updated content.

Close the form by clicking outside
We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to unveil a new feature in the Forms Builder – the ability to close a form by simply clicking outside of it. This subtle yet convenient improvement enhances the user experience.
Updated close settings allow you toadjust settings to customize the close button style and enable the option to close the form by clicking outside of it.

Manage your forms with bulk actions
Managing your forms is now more streamlined and efficient than ever. Say goodbye to time-consuming deletions and hello to increased productivity.

Revamped segment creation flow
Get ready for a more streamlined and intuitive segment creation experience! We’re rolling out some key changes to enhance your workflow:
- Say goodbye to the ‘Create segment’ button in the contacts list. But fear not, it’s not gone – it’s just moved. You’ll find it in the top right corner of the segments list.
- Clicking the ‘Create segment’ button will now seamlessly redirect you to the pre-built segments library, ensuring easy access to a variety of segment options.
- For those who prefer the segment builder over pre-built segments, worry not! Clicking “Create from scratch” will effortlessly take you to the segment builder, providing flexibility and choice in segment creation.

Enhanced product viewed event
It’s all about enhancing those customer insights – you know it’s crucial.
This month, we’re excited to introduce a game-changer in understanding your customer’s journey: sophisticated segmentation.
So, let’s break it down.
- The product-viewed event in segmentation comes with a nested payload structure, offering a more precise segmentation. Now, you can identify specific products and categories that pique your customers’ interest.
- The Product Viewed Event will now be integrated into the contact profile timeline, providing a comprehensive view of your customers’ interactions.
- We’ve fine-tuned the pre-built segment filters, especially the ‘Viewed a certain product’ filter, ensuring relevance and accuracy in your segmentation efforts.
