Prepare for the upcoming deliverability changes

You may already know that major email service providers, including Gmail, Yahoo, and AOL, have implemented changes starting February 2024 to enhance email security, reduce spam, and improve user experience.

These changes impact all users, especially those sending over 5,000 messages from a single sender domain to one email service provider in one day.

Make sure to note that sending messages from numbers in the “in progress” state is no longer possible. Only verified numbers can send messages to the US.

Previously, the letter spacing feature was only available for text blocks. Now, it can be used for editor button settings as well.

You can now easily search for saved items and layouts from the Email Builder library.

Make your forms more striking and effective

In need for more conversions? Not to worry. There are multiple new additions in the form builder to help you increase them.

New display option

We have recently improved our forms targeting feature for mobile devices. From now on, our Exit Intent targeting will not only work on desktop devices but also mobile devices. This targeting is based on scroll speed, which means that when users are scrolling up the page quickly, we will display forms specifically targeted for “Exit Intent.”

Flyout Forms

We have recently introduced a new display type for forms called Flyout. This type of display allows you to use all the same familiar behavior settings as our popup type.

However, instead of suddenly appearing on the screen and interrupting user activity, the flyout form slides in gracefully from outside the screen.

It stays visible as you navigate the page, making the background clickable and fully interactive. Users can complete their tasks and interact with the form at their convenience.

Wheel of Fortune update

Our Wheel of Fortune block has just received a fresh update.

Before this update, all our templates used default placeholders (xxxx-xxx) for discount codes. Additionally, you were required to replace these placeholders with real discount codes, but enabling the form without doing that was possible.

With the new update, enabling the form without adding real codes is impossible, so you will always take advantage of this step now.

Fresh new segmentation updates

Keeping in line with the upcoming spring, we’re excited to announce a bouquet of fresh updates to our platform.

The segments page has been updated to the new UI, and we’ve also introduced a new contact sync feature from segments to Facebook and Google audiences.

Other changes include an additional notification when attempting to delete a segment used in automations and a cleaner interface with hidden Facebook and Google icons. Initiate and manage audience sync through the actions dropdown.

This segment includes contacts who subscribed earlier but haven’t engaged with your messages.

Please note that this segment is being rolled out in batches. If you don’t see it in your account yet, it will be added in the near future.

Our lifecycle stage map is now interactive. Simply hover over a specific lifecycle stage, and two buttons will appear: “View Contacts” and “Retention Tactics.”

These new features will help you better understand your customer’s journey and provide you with the necessary tools to retain them.
