In the Frequency settings, you’ll find a new toggle: “Skip contacts who are currently in or have recently completed another automation.” This ensures smoother communication with your audience, preventing multiple messages from reaching the same contact at once.

Additionally, forms can be tailored based on where visitors are coming from, whether that’s social media, direct traffic, or a referral link, making it easier to match your messaging to their journey.
You can even customize forms based on the exact campaign visitors clicked on by using UTM parameter targeting, allowing you to offer a more personalized experience that aligns with the campaign that brought them to your site.
