With Omnisend and Yotpo integration, you’ll be able to create the same ultra-targeted campaigns you love with Omnisend, while integrating powerful review data from Yotpo.
How the Omnisend and Yotpo Integration Works:
Once you integrate Omnisend and Yotpo, you’ll have a custom event created in the Omnisend app every time one of your customers leaves a review with Yotpo. From that data, you can implement personalized messages with your workflows.
Integration Yotpo in the Omnisend App
Integration between Omnisend and Yotpo is a simple 5-step process. From your Omnisend app:
- Navigate to Store Settings and click the tab that says Connected Apps
- Click on the button in the upper right-hand corner that says Connect New App
- Find Yotpo in the list, and click Connect
- Click the button that says Authorize Access to allow Yotpo to create events in the Omnisend app
- You’ll be navigated automatically to Yotpo, where you’ll authorize Omnisend to receive Yotpo data by clicking the button that says Authorize
And that’s all you have to do! From there, every time a customer leaves a review, you’ll get data from Yotpo that will help you create more targeted campaigns.
Please note that this doesn’t apply to historical data. Data will not be added retroactively to your Omnisend account, so you may have to manually import your data for historical data.
How to Get the Most Out of Omnisend and Yotpo Integration:
When you set up the Omnisend and Yotpo integration, you’ll be able to use the data from your customer reviews to create better campaigns for your customers.
Once a review request has been responded to, YotPo sends that information to Omnisend. With the review data in your Omnisend account, you’ll be able to create segments based on the review the customer most recently wrote.
From there, thank your customers for recent reviews with a personalized “Thank you for your X star review” and set up the kind of message a customer receives based on how many stars they left for the product.
If your customer has left a 1-2 star review, you wouldn’t want to send them the same message as someone who left a 5 star review and vice versa.
What’s more, you can reach out to your customers on any channel that they’ve opted-in for. So if your customers prefer Facebook Messenger, you can prompt your customers for reviews and feedback via the channel they prefer the most.
