See FeaturesIntroducing Omnisend + Zapier Email Integration
Ever wanted to import your contacts to Omnisend without even thinking about it? Thanks to the new integration we’ve set up with Zapier, importing your contacts is a snap.
Although we have very powerful signup forms integrated into Omnisend, we understand you may not be ready to stop using your favorite tools for email capture, like Sumo, Leadpages or even MailChimp. We don’t judge.
Or maybe you just need something in place while you transition everything over to Omnisend.
Now with this Zapier email integration, you can automate importing the contacts you capture from the tools you already use directly into Omnisend.
What Does the Zapier Email Integration with Omnisend Mean?
Very simply, we can set up an automated “Zap” from Zapier that will import your contacts directly to Omnisend and send them to the exact list you want.
For example, if you capture your emails with the on-site tool Sumo, every time you capture a new email on your site, it will automatically update in your preferred Omnisend list.
Connecting Zapier email integration with Omnisend means that you can set it and forget it, without ever having a contact slip through the cracks.
How Do I Connect Zapier and Omnisend?
From Zapier, you can do this a few different ways. Omnisend connects with Zapier to bring your contacts over from a variety of different apps:
- MailChimp
- Google Sheets
- Typeform
- ClickFunnels
- Facebook Lead Ad
- Sumo
- Salesforce
- Google Forms
- Squarespace
- Leadpages
- Hubspot
These apps will connect with Zapier to automatically connect and import your subscribers to Omnisend.
How Zapier Email Integration Takes the Headache Out of Integration
Zapier automates the process of bringing your subscribers over to Omnisend, so you don’t have to worry about it. If you’re still using email capture from another app while you’re transitioning to Omnisend, Zapier can automatically update Omnisend with any newly captured emails while you’re setting things up and importing existing lists.
First, in connecting your address capture app with Zapier email integration, Zapier will collect the data from the app, like your subscriber’s email address, first and last name, and any other relevant data that you capture from the app.
From there, Zapier will send that data into the corresponding fields in Omnisend, automatically adding that subscriber to Omnisend on the list you choose when making the Zap.
If you have multiple capture points within an app, it’s possible to create several Zaps to send them to their proper separated lists in Omnisend too.
What’s also cool is that if ever the Zap fails, Zapier lets you know so you can fix the automation and get things back on track.
