Clearer and smarter reports
If you’ve ever tried to check your sales performance and ended up staring at a mess of numbers, this one’s for you. Our new reports give you a clear, organized breakdown of what’s working (and what’s not):
- Track sales from email, SMS, and push notifications in one place – no more jumping between different reports
- Compare performance over time to spot trends and fine-tune your strategy
- New metrics like placed order rate and revenue per message help you see exactly which campaigns are driving sales

Forms that work on your schedule
There’s nothing worse than realizing a signup form is still running long after a promotion has ended. But we’ve got a solution for that.
With our new scheduling options, you can now set exact start and end times for your forms – right down to the minute. Whether you’re timing an exclusive holiday offer or running a last-minute giveaway, your forms will go live and disappear exactly when you want them to.

And if you’re using countdown timers in your forms? They’ll now automatically turn off when the timer hits zero – so you don’t have to rush in and disable them yourself. One less thing to worry about during the busiest time of year.

Dark mode email previews
More and more people are checking their emails in dark mode, and let’s be real – not all emails look great when the colors flip. That’s why we’ve added Dark Mode Previews to the Email Builder.
Now, before you hit send, you can see exactly how your emails will look in different inbox settings. Full Dark Mode (used in Apple Mail and Gmail iOS) completely inverts colors, while Partial Dark Mode (common in Outlook and Gmail Android) only darkens certain elements.

All in all, no awkward color clashes – just emails that look good no matter how they’re viewed.

Undo deleted workflows
We’ve all been there. One wrong click and…that’s it. An automation disappears. But not anymore.
If you delete a workflow, you now have 90 days to restore it without needing to contact support. And if you realize your mistake immediately, just hit Undo in the confirmation message and bring it right back.
Small change, big sigh of relief.

Exporting product reviews
Your customer reviews are valuable, and now you can export them with just a click. Whether you need them for analysis, internal reporting, or just peace of mind, you’ll find the option in the Reviews tab under Store settings.

A smoother and faster Omnisend experience
We’re always making small tweaks to improve your experience, and this month is no exception. Here are a few updates that might not be flashy, but will definitely make your workflow smoother:
- The Form Builder now gives clearer error messages, so troubleshooting issues is faster and easier
- Navigation between sections is quicker and more intuitive, so you don’t feel like you’re clicking around aimlessly
- Brand colors in the Email Builder now appear automatically in the color picker
- We’ve refined automation reporting to make your data easier to scan and understand
- Deliverability error messages for SPF and DKIM have been improved, so troubleshooting email-sending issues is more straightforward
All of these little updates add up to a smoother, more intuitive experience, so you can get your campaigns out faster – without any frustration.
