December is here. Which means two things:

  1. Ecommerce is either thriving or on fire (sometimes both)
  2. You do not have time for clunky workflows, confusing settings, or rebuilding the same email layout for the 14th time

So we’ve shipped a bunch of updates designed to make your day-to-day smoother — from reusable email blocks to product-level revenue reporting, to a domain setup flow that doesn’t require a DNS degree.

Here’s what’s new.

Universal Layouts: Edit once, update everywhere

If you’re managing multiple emails with the same header, footer, or product block — good news. With Universal Layouts, you can now build reusable blocks that update everywhere they’re used, all from one place.

Just drop the block into your email, and choose whether edits should apply universally or just to that one message. No need to hunt through old campaigns to make small changes.

It’s an easy way to keep your brand consistent.

Forms now have an AI assistant

Writing and designing forms from scratch can be slow. The new AI Assistant helps by letting you describe what you want in plain language — for example, “a discount popup for new visitors with an image.”

It builds the layout, the copy, and the visuals instantly. You can tweak it just by typing follow-up instructions, and it updates in real time. Good for speeding things up or when you just need a starting point.

Automation alerts now help catch setup issues

Setting up complex automations can lead to mistakes — especially with conditions, triggers, and split paths.

Now, when something’s missing or not quite right, you’ll see alerts directly in the automation builder. Think of them as quiet reminders: missing triggers, overlapping filters, that sort of thing. You can review and fix them before launching.

Campaign reports now show which products were sold

You’ve always seen how much revenue a campaign brings in. Now you can also see what exactly was sold.

There’s a new section in every campaign report that shows which products were purchased — including title, ID, SKU, and how many were sold. You can export the data too. This started tracking on November 1, so you’ll already see recent results.

Domain setup is simpler and more reliable

Verifying your domain can be confusing, especially if DNS settings aren’t your thing. We’ve made that process clearer.

The setup flow now guides you through steps based on your DNS provider, automatically merges SPF records if needed, and flags anything that looks off. You can also contact support directly from the same screen if you hit a wall.

The Partner Portal is easier to use

If you manage multiple brands or clients, a few changes to the Partner Portal should make things smoother.

The account access and transfer flow now has clearer steps, brand syncing happens instantly, and the system reminds you to follow up if an invite’s been sitting too long. Small updates, but helpful.

Billing and contact info is easier to find

A few interface updates now make it easier to see your billing history, invoice details, and contact usage.

You’ll see your billing tier and contact count on invoices, can filter invoices by store if needed, and there’s a clearer note next to your contact list showing how many are billable.

That’s it for December

These updates are already live, so you can start using them now. If you have questions or want help with any of it, you can always reach out via chat or email — support’s available 24/7.
