But there’s more. Segment creation is now as easy as typing out what you want. Literally. Want to target “customers who bought twice but haven’t returned this month”? Just tell the AI, and it’ll build the rules for you. If your prompt needs clarification, a chatbot will ask the right follow-ups to make sure your audience is dialed in.
And when you’re working inside an automation, AI now considers the full message flow. It suggests content that ties together with what came before and what’s coming next — helping you create more consistent and connected journeys.
Forms reporting now has custom date ranges
You read that right. You can now choose custom timeframes when viewing Forms Reports — no more relying on default options. Ideal for comparing campaigns, checking seasonal performance, or pulling clean data for specific periods.
