Fresh product variants in product picker
When you are composing an email and want to add a product to the body of the email, you can use the Product Picker. The Product Picker will now display all the available product variants, and you can choose the one you want to add to the email. Simply select the variant you prefer from the options provided in the modal.

Updated frequency settings
Starting March 12, 2024, we discontinued the retrigger workflow feature in segment-based automations. This change impacts how workflows are triggered:
For those who have chosen to keep the re-trigger workflow toggle on, rest assured, no changes have been made. Your workflows will still be triggered every time a contact enters the segment, regardless of whether it is the first or subsequent times. This will remain the same unless the Frequency settings are enabled.
On the other hand, for users who have opted to keep the re-trigger workflow toggle off, we’ve introduced an exciting enhancement — the Frequency settings with the option “At any time.” This means that the workflow behavior will not change and will be triggered only once.

? Contact Enters/Exits a Segment Automation
Enhanced contact list page
From now on, navigating your contacts is a breeze with our updated contact list page.
Firstly, you can now search for contacts using both their phone numbers and email addresses instead of just email addresses. This makes finding the contacts you need easier, even if you don’t have their email address.
Secondly, the list of contacts now displays the phone numbers of each contact, providing better visibility of their information.
Finally, the display of channel consent status has been updated to make it clearer. There are now three clear statuses: subscribed, non-subscribed, and unsubscribed, listed for each channel. This allows you to quickly see the consent status of each contact for each channel, making it easier to manage your contacts and ensure that you are only communicating with people who have given their consent.

New events in contact profiles
This new addition lets you see when a specific contact enters or exits a segment. The “Entered Segment” and “Exited Segment” events will be visible on the contact activity page. This feature will allow you to track the movement of each contact between different segments.
However, it’s important to note that historical data for these events won’t be available, and data collection will only start once the events are enabled in your account. Finally, these events can’t be used for segmentation.

Updates for segments used in automations
We added more clarity and transparency for workflows that might be impacted by the “used in automation” feature. The following scenarios might be affected:
- Import contacts new contacts with a tag (number of automations affected, automations names);

- Deleting a segment used in automation (number of automations affected, automations names);

- Updating a segment used in automation (number of automations affected, automations names);

- Converting non-subscribed to subscribed contacts (only the number of automations affected).
