Drive sales on autopilot with ecommerce-focused features

See Features

The flowers are blooming, summer campaigns are getting locked in, and somewhere out there a marketer is already plotting Black Friday. Nothing inordinary.

Before all that, here’s what we shipped this month to make your life a little easier.

ChatGPT, meet your Omnisend account

You can now connect Omnisend directly to ChatGPT through our new MCP integration. Ask things like “what was my best-performing campaign last month?” or “how’s my SMS revenue trending?” — in plain English, with answers in seconds.

No exports, no clicking through dashboards. Just ask.

SMS just got cheaper

We dropped our SMS pricing — rates now start at $0.007 per message on the latest Pro plan.

If you want the new rates, switch over. If you’d rather stay put, nothing changes on your current plan. Up to you.

Your brand fonts, finally in the Email Builder

You can now upload your own fonts and use them across email campaigns. No more squinting at the system-font dropdown wondering which one is “close enough” to your actual brand font.

Whether you’re running one store or juggling several as an agency, your emails can now look exactly like your brand looks everywhere else.

Edit mobile and desktop views right in the builder

Switching between “preview & test” and the editor to check how your mobile version looked? Not anymore.

You can now toggle to mobile edit view directly inside the Email Builder, see how everything stacks, and fix it on the spot.

Faster product picking

We tidied up the product picker. You can now sort products by name, date, and other attributes — which makes a real difference if your catalog has more than a handful of items.

Cookie consent, your way

GDPR and ePrivacy compliance just got more flexible. Under Settings → Connected Store, there’s a new “Manage tracking cookies” option with two modes:

  • Track visitors before they consent (the default) — cookies load when someone opens your site.
  • Wait for consent before tracking — nothing fires until the visitor accepts via your cookie banner.

Pick whichever fits your setup and local regulations.

WooCommerce contact sync moves to the API

WooCommerce stores: contact data now syncs through the Omnisend API instead of the plugin. Less performance load on your store, and it’s a step toward unified data sync across every ecommerce platform we support.

Heads up — if you’re running an older plugin version, you might see double sync load. Update to the latest version when you get a chance to avoid it.

Forms API (Beta) — for the developers

If you build dashboards or pipe Omnisend data into other tools, there’s a new Forms API in beta. It gives you forms lists, form contacts, and A/B test performance data — same filters, same dimensions, same numbers you see in the app.

New public endpoints:

  • GET /api/forms
  • GET /api/forms/{formID}/report
  • GET /api/forms/{formID}/report/periodic
  • GET /api/forms/{formID}/contacts
  • GET /api/forms/{formID}/ab-setup/reports

Small wins across the app

A few quality-of-life improvements worth flagging:

  • SMS pricing table got a refresh. It now lives in its own tab under Pricing and Usage, right next to the purchase CTAs. There’s a search bar for country lookup, and you can sort by country or price
  • The AI recommendation agent got smarter. Based on your feedback, it’s better at understanding what you actually want and sticking to your form’s existing style and structure

Plus a handful of other UI tweaks you’ll spot as you click around.
