Paulius Milišauskas

Paulius Milišauskas is VP of Customer Experience at Omnisend and one of the company’s longest-tenured leaders, with nearly 15 years of experience at Omnisend. He joined the company in 2011 and has worked across project management, customer operations, and customer experience, giving him deep knowledge of the Omnisend platform and ecommerce businesses' needs. His expertise covers email and SMS marketing, marketing automation, ecommerce, and customer experience. He has also spoken publicly about email marketing automation and has contributed his perspective on customer experience automation to HubSpot. During his leadership tenure, Omnisend’s customer support team won Stevie® Awards for customer service for three years in a row, reflecting the team’s consistent support for customers.
